Bad Review Customer service is NOT doing there job

Bad Review Customer service is NOT doing there job.<br /><br />This is the second time customer service is making me what over a month for service and still no answer no appointment. I'm hoping the owner of Solaire will see this and understand to continue to get business and referral you still have to service your current customer. Maybe its beyond what either Jasmine Novela or manager Cindy Fitzgerald can handle or cannot set up an appointment for me and taking over a month. The first time, it took a month just to get a phone call back to talk to someone that at the end of the day, just said to monitor the unit and well see next year. The system is less than a year old, and know the second time, its already over a month, send a bunch of emails and phone calls and just a waste of my time, like if I am dealing with a non license company, well I waited very passionately this second time before writing this review, so I am finally done, going to request for my Solar Pool money back and they are going to pay to take it off. It never has to get this far if they would just do there job, and if they are busy like they say, then what does that mean, do I need to wait a year for service, thats not going to happen, so to the owner, here is your bad review because of customer service not able to get there job done. What happens is your complete service gets a Negative Review, and you can look into all the request, phone calls and emails I have made. Now its too late as I am done with your company.<br />Bad Service, Bad Customer Service, Would NOT recommend.
