From the initial quote process through the final walk through, the entire Mass Renewables team is top notch. I had initially requested a quote in 2015, but we did not move forward with the project at that time. In 2016, we picked up right where we left off and an updated proposal was produced very quickly. Compared to the other installers who submitted quotes, the proposal from Mass Renewables was by far the most complete, detailed and professionally prepared. Once we decided to move forward with the project, I was kept up to date on status and when work would begin. Once the materials were delivered, work began and was completed very quickly. Mass Renewables took care of the permits, coordinated with my utility for the meter swap and ensured that the system was up and running. Lastly, Mass Renewables came out to my house for a final wrap up meeting to review the entire system, to go over the online monitoring portal and answer any questions that I had. Great work from start to end!
