Pray You Don't Have to Call Them Back

The bills are confusing. My wife is an accountant and could not track what they were doing on the bill. What was going to interest, what was going to Principle. They would sometimes back date a principle payment and add money to the outstanding interest. The problems got worse when we had hail damage on our roof. Roofer was ready to go. Took 8 phone calls to Solar City to get a date and time for the panels to be removed. Problem is, they did not show up. After speaking to customer service about it, I asked to speak to a customer service manager. I was informed that my problem is not a customer service problem, it is a scheduling and instillation problem. After arguing with the individual, I was told a Customer Service Manager within 24 hours. That was 30 hours ago. The panels are great, the bureaucracy to get anything done is a nightmare. We are about to buy a new, home, Solar City will not be the one putting panels on the roof.
