From the beginning, Roy from New England Clean Energy really took the time to explain to us our options, breaking down the numbers in full detail for us to truly understand the financial benefits of going solar (obviously there are environmental benefits too!) They maintained good communication with us throughout. They were very organized and very professional. The guys that came to install the system were professional and respectful of our home and our property. The panels look clean, level and well layed out. But most importantly, the panels are performing great! The solar monitoring system they use has been functioning well as well; we really like bing able to monitor the input and output of our system.
