We went with Vivint as they were the only company doing solar leasing at the time. I wish I had waited for other companies to come to Albuquerque so I could go with a better company.Here at the problems that I had.<br />1. It took a year from the time we signed up for the panels to be working<br />2. referred several people and never received my referral money<br />3.The worst one is they did not install any animal guard and now we have pigeons living under the panels. Vivint will install a guard but we have to pay for it. So we now have lots of pigeon poop on the roof and sidewalk. We can install something ourselves but it can't touch their panels. <br />4. Other companies build their system to keep the pigeons out so shop around
