My wife and I found out about NYSSF when we attended a presentation by our local Solarize Saugerties team. We were impressed by Tate's presentation so we signed up for a personal home visit. Tate went over all aspects of the procedure and answered all our questions. Once we agreed to move ahead everyone we had contact with at NYSSF was polite, knowledgeable, helpful, hard-working, professional and friendly; both those we only spoke with by telephone and had email contact with and those who came to our home to do an assessment and then to actually do the installation.<br /><br />Very important to us, they answered questions and phone calls quickly, even on weekends and holidays! Also, when they said they would be here, they were here! The installation was completed on schedule and we are now happily generating electricity and watching as we look forward to getting off the grid.<br /><br />We are pleased with our selection of NYSSF and highly recommend them to anyone else who is thinking of going solar.
