I have enjoyed New England Clean Energy PV system for more than 6 years. The installation was smooth and the work was high-quality. Recently one of my microinverters stopped working. In about 3 weeks time, the NECE team had replaced the warrantied inverter and my system is up and running again. Most of the 3 weeks was the manufacturer shipping out the part. Once again, NECE demonstrates responsiveness and excellent customer service. The electricians that replaced the inverter used safe work practices and did excellent work. I continue to be impressed by this growing company that values their customers and excels at customer service.
