My solar installation went without a hitch from start to finish - no hidden costs and the project was completed well within the projected timeline. Dustin was my first contact with the company and I was very impressed by his honesty, knowledge, helpfulness, and straightforwardness. Mark was the project manager and he continuously followed up to ensure the job went well and was meeting my expectations. When I experienced a small problem related to a particular circuit breaker that wouldn't reset, Mark immediately dispatched a worker to resolve it that very same day. I have worked with several contractors over the years for projects at my home and my small business so I can appreciate the differences in the levels of customer service provided by various contractors. On a scale of 1 to 10, Semper Solaris has earned a solid 10 in my book. Their attention to detail, the quality of their work, and their timely follow-up to any questions or concerns I had was simply outstanding.
