I was in the process of refinancing my home and I was informed that VIVINT SOLAR has a LIEN on my property. Also, if I decide to sell my property and the new owner does not want the solar panels I would have to pay VIVINT SOLAR about 38K. Before you sign that contract, READ the FINE print. I have been with VIVINT SOLAR for 2 YEARS and I have not received any savings----my UTILITY BILL is higher than before!
