It's now pretty well known within the industry that the M190 was a dog. I had 4 modules of 24 fail within the first 3-1/2 years, and since then, at least half experienced momentary drop-outs or a reduction in output - 20% in one case. That said, Enphase and Net Zero Energy stood behind the product and promptly replaced dead-failures. Once I documented continued performance issues with the remaining modules, they agreed to do a complete system swap-out at no cost to me. That work was completed two weeks ago, as the system passed its 6th anniversary. The replacement module is based on the more robust M215 design, modified to be a direct replacement for the M190. <br /><br />Although it's frustrating to deal with product issues like this, I give high praise to Enphase and Net Zero Solar for resolving the problems to my satisfaction.
