Since Trinity got a new financial backer, things have been anything but good. Once the panels were installed, it took almost six months to get all the inspections done and the system turned on. Our system has been down for at least two weeks now, and phone calls to Sunova and then Trinity haven't been resolved. We are getting fed up with all this. I am getting ready to call the BBB and the state. We are trying to be green residents, but no one seems to care!
