At first meeting with Roger Weisman we felt comfortable and he was very knowledgeable about solar and the company. Very quickly he organized the financing and got the installation completed with two months which in this area is considered very quick. The installation went smoothly and all employees were extremely professional and polite. The approval went through quickly with the help of Carls Desir. He was extremely helpful and always responded promptly to any emails or phone calls. We had a little glitch with the connectively with the cell connection for the enphase reporting system; but very quickly workman came out and replaced the cellular connection with our home wifi by a bridge. That failed within three months and we very quickly had the company send a new bridge connection overnight. So far we are very happy with the process. The only recommendation I would have is that there should be more time devoted by the installation staff to explain the system and connections to the consumer. I devoted a lot of time on the internet to help me understand everything about the system. Otherwise I would have given the company a five star rating.
