The start of the project was great! Our Rep. Patrick Murphy was the most knowledgeable of any solar reps we saw. Wealth of knowledge, low pressure made the deal comfortable. Installation was flawlessly. The system looks fantastic, neat, clean and you wouldn't notice it was there. The installers were courteous and efficient, instal done with quickly after signed contract. <br /><br />Our issue was that what happened after that. Took over 2 months to finish the project. I was constantly after Trinity to move the project forward. Little outline as to what happens next and with trying to meet a 1/9/17 deadline not sure I would have made it without prodding. The customer service was inadequate, set up and sales rep was excellent.
