Auburn Solar (Matson Services) installed $22,000 of solar panels on our home in late June. The work was done quickly and well. Then... there was no follow up. The paperwork with PG&E was not done in a timely manner. TO DATE, we are still being billed by PG&E as though we had no solar, five months later. Our bill is in dispute, but we are still being billed and are concerned that they will turn off our power. Auburn Solar has been absolutely no help with this, though the contract states "seller agrees to interface with local utility".

We are sorry for the misunderstanding but once PGE has our application it is in their court for however long they decide to take granting PTO. We have them come back in 3 days and sometimes 3 months. It really is out of our hands at that point. We did press on all fronts to speed the process up on our end. I hope you are running smoothly now and enjoying the solar power. Sincerely.
