They had a little trouble getting the remote power production monitor to work, but after a 2nd visit, everything worked great. I love seeing how much money I save every month, especially in the summer when the A/C bill used to be scary.<br /><br />Also had some trouble getting a quick call back when I got my first energy bill post-activation, but once they called and explained how to read the bill, it's been zero-maintenance since.
