Our representative Christopher Lawless is an exceptional person and sales representative. Chris provided no pressure, gave accurate information, answered our questions thoroughly and I believe honestly. We asked a lot of questions (including questions Vivint reviews) and he provided follow-up responses and gave us reference requests that we could call and e-mail.<br /><br />The panel installation was completed in one day and on time, The installation crew worked hard, were extremely polite, respected my property and cleaned up after themselves. The panels look nice on my house and do not take away the appearance of the house. I actually kinda like seeing them up there. <br /><br />Our experience with Vivint Solar, at this point, has been remarkably smooth. We are waiting for our power company to replace our electric meter and once that is completed we can begin to use the sun rays to power our home. I understood that this is a timely process to get through local government approval, the power company, financing, installation and eventually start-up. Once everything gets fully operational, I will be happy to make an additional comment on our service and savings. 2/9/17 - We started using solar - YEA! Our experience with Vivint Solar has been exceptional. Our Sales Representative, Chris Lawless, has been wonderful. He kept up to speed on the process and helped to push things through. WONDERFUL!
