Big mistake

paperwork was submitted to both town and jcp&l slowly. There is a 15$ PER Month extra charge (was never mentioned before we received our first bill) if you do not agree to automatic deduction from bank acct. After we pay Sunrun every month, then pay JCP&L their fee, we are now paying MORE per month for utilities! Very regrettable decision to do this installation

Hello, Thanks for the communication. We are so sorry to hear that your experience was unpleasant due to the time it took for the documents to be processed. In regards to the $15 charge per month, this is a fee that is applied to your monthly bill if autopay is not setup on the account. This is addressed in the agreement that is provided.
