I added solar to my house through Vivint and had not been connected long enough to get my first bill. About 2 weeks after the installation the rep called me and said I could save more. I was advised that I could add 12 more panels to my roof. The same section that they told me before that panels could not be added due to no sun. The catch was that I had to have a whole new 2nd system and they would have to increase the cost greatly. New big boxes on the side of my house and pay more money. Keep in mind I have not even received my first bill from the first set up. If I could go back, I would not have used Vivint Solar.

The installation is not the issue with me. They were great. It is the after this that I have a major issue with.
