I had solar panels installed on 2 houses. The installations on my house of residence went very smoothly, but the installation on my rental property took longer than expected. For the longest time I could not get in touch with Clear Solar with any of the numbers I had. I thought the company had gone out of business, but I got an email requesting a review. I went online and found a number for clear solar and after a couple of months I was finally able to talk to someone and finally I can monitor my system for my rental online. I am still waiting to do the same for my residence.

I have mixed feelings. The representatives I spoke with were always helpful. But when Clear Solar moved to another building and changed their numbers, I was never notified. For months I was unable to get in touch with anyone. When I got a request for a review, I figured Clear Solar was still in business. I went on online and got their number and I was finally able to talk to someone.
