Auric takes very good care of its clients. The install is fast and clean. They follow up to make sure all is working properly. I lost a couple of shingles after the install. I didn't know if it happened because of the panels or because of the wind, but when I mentioned it to my representative, he sent someone to replace the shingles free of charge.
