Let me save you some time – as you will find a reoccurring theme as you real all the reviews for Black Platinum Solar and Electric. They simply deliver real value and savings – with an uncompromising focus on customer delight (and I mean customer delight, not customer satisfaction - and I don't hand out glowing reviews unless they are truly warranted).<br />I started my search for a solar installer with the typical sales call – and ended up getting three other quotes from some of the better named (and advertised) companies. After getting these quotes, I decided if I was serious about this, I had better do some research – which led me to the Solar Reviews website. This is where I found Black Platinum – and like you, was surprised, hesitant, and at the same time - excited at the number of exceptional reviews. Is it really possible for an unknown (to me) company to get such high ratings? It has to be worth a phone call – and this is where all my doubts and worries faded away. Hello John Black.<br />John and his wife took all the time I needed (which was quite a bit) to answer all my detailed questions and to put my worries at ease. I am a pretty meticulous person when it comes to details – and John never once pressured me to buy. He simply took the time to answer my questions – and provided the details when needed. This is when I knew Black Platinum was a company I wanted to do business with. If he would spend this much time and effort with me, without getting a dime for his time, and based on all the other reviews – it had to be.<br />The entire process was simply smooth and easy. John takes care of all the paperwork, design, and installation. He provides timely communications and his staff is equally considerate during the install. In and out in two days. All questions and concerns addressed directly and in a timely fashion by John. From start to finish – the process took less than 2 months. And after my first full month of generation – my electric bill was cut by 90%!! I was on the equalizer plan for $240/month, and my November bill was $24.02.<br />If you are really interested in installing solar, I would highly recommend you give Black Platinum a chance to earn your business.
