Kenergy did a great job during quote and installation (January 2015). Using Sunpower panels and ABB microinverters, Kenergy was able to set up my system even though there were areas of shade on some panels part of the day (tress, dormer windows.) I was enthusiastic... until I started to have a problem with a panel not producing (August 2016). Since then, I have not been able to get any return phone call, I have received two replies to emails, but no action, even after sending a certified letter. By December 2016, still no action. They get 2 stars only because of the terrific job up front, but they are now working on getting further downgraded in my mind... I am getting VERY upset.
