I am generally very skeptical and distrusting of "sales people." I ask a lot of questions and assume they're always out to rip us off. <br /><br />But I can happily say that Mike from Direct Energy was perhaps one of the first "sales people" who didn't give me that vibe AT ALL. He was professional and honest and extremely personable. He always gave us the impression that he was truly seeking to help us get the best price possible for our solar system. <br /><br />He was also exceptionally responsive to my many questions. He was easily accessible by e-mail and by phone and if he didn't answer the phone right when I called he always made sure to call back in a timely fashion. <br /><br />I can honestly say that working with Mike made our overall experience with Direct Energy one of the best customer relations experiences we've had since becoming home owners (since 2006).
