Lack of Support - 5 1/2 months with a problem panel

When Astrum installed our system, we were fed plenty of story about how good heir support was. About 5 1/2 months ago we had a panel or microinvertor go bad. Since then we've been scheduled twice to have the problem resolved, only to have the appointment cancelled. The Direct Energy Solar team is NOT proactive about supporting our system. I have called a number of times without the end result needed. I am concerned about how they will support our system going forward. Will they ever show up if I don't call them continuously?
