Buyer be warned

I am giving 2 stars because the installers appear to be quality people. The problem lies with the enphase micro inverters (my 3rd set) and the horrendous customer service. I have sent email after email about alerts indicating system failures and have not received one call back. Do your research before you invest your hard earned money. It does show in our system that there has been an on going conversation with our customer care team over the past couple months, and I believe the customer care manager left a voicemail for you as recent as 11/10. <br /><br />As you might be aware, we have to work the inverter company to take the proper steps to go about replacing any micro-inverters that are not working properly, and sometimes this can take some time. Though the response time may be a little slow at times, I can assure you that you are in good hands with our customer care team, and they will be able to replace anything that is not working to your satisfaction. <br /><br />We appreciate your loyalty and patience as a customer as we work through this process with you.
