We have loved our solar from Auric! They have worked great and our electric bill went down a ton! Our electric bill went from $200-300 during the hot summer months to at the most $86. During the rest of the year it's only around $9. The installation was done wonderfully and quickly and we haven't had any issues. We had awesome tax rebates and even got rebates on our new roof that we chose to have done before the solar was installed. I would have given Auric 5 stars except the financing options were not explained as well and it seemed like they were pushing to get a loan through Key bank. It seemed like if we stayed with the original bank, Capital Community Bank, that we were getting the no payments and 0% interest for a year that the interest rate was going to be big if we got the actual loan through them. We figured they knew what options were the best and so we went the route of getting a loan through Key bank. That was a mistake and we wasted time, had added stress and over a hundred dollars in fees for a loan that we didn't even keep. The best option we had was to stick with Capital Community bank. They had the lowest interest rate and covered the whole amount of the loan without a problem.
