The service was very good until after the last payment. We had issues with the with the SunPower Application installed on our I-Pad. The output readings on the app did not correspond to what was supposedly installed. The many phone calls to Semper Solaris, did not receive a response either via phone or email. We were very close to reporting them to the BBB. Finally, someone, who answered one of our many phone calls, knew the likely cause of the problem. We were then bombarded with phone calls and apologies which were a day late and a dollar short.
