Terrible company and even worst customer service

This company is a total scam. They original calculated the wrong amount of panels needed to produce enough solar energy to meet our electrical needs so we incurred an add'l assessment from our electrical company. Then after we complained our electricity bill they added more panels but neglected to tell us that we would be paying for the add'l energy these panels produced. When I called to get explanation as to why we are now being charged more the lady at Vivint said she only worked in billing and could not answer my questions. She then proceeded to transfer me to another dept which transferred me to another dept and it went on and on. Our original customer service rep that was available during the installation of our 2nd panels was not longer returning my calls or emails after the installation. I was finally able to talk to someone after I refused to pay our monthly bill but even then they said it would take over a month to analyze our account. In meantime they threatened to send us to collections if we did not pay our monthly fees. What a racket this company is. I would highly recommend to stay from this company and make sure you read all the "fine" print when considering any solar company.
