Through the entire process, from sales to planning to installation to activation, SolarCity was informed, informative, supportive and very professional. The whole experience was like a dream come true for an old man who had become cynically Conservative but still longed for the wonder of the future read in the Science Fiction novels of his youth!<br /><br />Energy bills here in Texas for last 3 months:<br />$472---Last bill to Reliant, including adjustment off averaging, no solar, 11 occupants, July<br />$280---First bill to MP2, partial solar, 6 occupants, August<br />$178---all solar, 6 occupants, September<br />No change in thermostat habits.<br /><br />There were no out-of-pocket costs for conversion. None.<br /><br />PLUS!<br />I'm actually helping the planet wean itself off fossil fuels and onto renewables without disrupting the world economy with a cold turkey break from fossils that would disrupt families and services everywhere!
