Apparently we are not alone: Natural Energy has reneged on our warranty, failing to repair our solar system for 4 months and counting. We have an 8-year old system that leaked badly on our roof in July. The company charged us to come out and remove leaking panels and then asked us to wait a bit for them to procure new ones that they'd install. We have called multiple times and finally threatened to go public with our lousy experience. The owner responded that he'd look into it, two weeks ago. Then I called once more to ask the service lead, Pamm, to once again ask him to contact us and get going on the repair. <br /><br />We have unfortunately concluded that the company believes it's better to stiff us than honor its contract. Well, that's not totally unusual these days. A total lack of integrity seems to be considered normal by Natural Energy.<br /><br />Stay away from this company. If you can't have a reliable solar system, you would be better off with none. <br /><br />
