Clear Solar called me and was very nice about me not being sure about solar but took there time with getting a power bill so that the numbers would be as accurate as possible. Then they the Solar Specialist called in a timely manner took extra time after the presentation to answer all of my questions. They also then set up a time to go over the information with my wife so that we were both on the same page with very little pressure to move forward. We ultimately decided to do it and got qualified for the system which was very easy. Then we got a call back from our Solar Specialist and they let me know that I was qualified and then they sent us an email with the agreement that just need a few signatures but was very user friendly and the Solar Specialist stayed on the line with us the whole time just in case we had any questions. Once we signed all the documents they told us what the next steps were going to be again and gave us the best number to reach them at if we had any questions. <br /><br />We then got a call the next day from there operations team just like they said and they sent us a few emails and they just walked us through the next step and also set up a time for them to send someone to get he final design and blueprints put together. After that we got a call anytime something changed with our account and if we didn't answer they would leave us a message so that we could call back if needed. The system was installed with in about 4 weeks from the day that we signed up and is working very well we love our system. Highly recommend this company if your looking into solar or just curious about it.
