I originally chose CM Electric as my solar system provider because they quoted the lowest cost per installed watt and included, as an extra, an inverter that provides secure power when the grid is down while the sun is shining. But in addition to doing everything they said they would, CM Electric provided other important value added benefits. These included:<br /><br />• Correct sequencing of work activities that resulted in online operation of my system 41 days after I signed the contract.<br />• Craftsman style installation that passed San Diego City inspection the first time.<br />• Same day response to a poor connection in a breaker box.<br />• Monitoring and prompt correction of Ethernet connection issues.<br /><br />Carlos Renteria owns this local company, and along with his brother Manny, they focus on excellent customer service and short response times that larger companies just don't care to provide.<br /><br />My solar installation has now been in operation for more than 5 months. It has worked flawlessly. And there weren't any leaks when it finally rained. I am thoroughly satisfied with everything about this project.<br /><br />Jim Whitcraft
