Prior to Level, I had experiences with two other solar companies. First Vivint knocked on my door, and the kid couldn't answer any of my questions. Then NRG called me, and after signing a contract with them, decided to cancel because I just was not comfortable with them at all. We could never get through to them. Then I was at a festival and talked to two ladies from Level Solar. Both seemed very knowledgeable and knew their stuff- as did the sales rep that later came to my house. It was a very smooth process with Level. Easiest company to deal with. Customer service was great.
