The on-site installer was sensitive to making it an aesthetic installation even more than we were. He offered things that we did not think of like hiding the cutoff switch behind some bushes on the house that required a little more conduit bending and length for the installer. A heavy rain a day or so after some trenching was finished caused a settlement in the trench. I called at 8am and it was fixed by 9am!!!! Very courteous crew all around. Craig was very good at explaining things in the beginning about what I would be getting and what I could expect. Safety is big with their crew. I would recommend Energy Concepts!!!
