Review for Enphase Energy

disappointed

I have tried to contact Enphase through email and phone with no success. I had replaced a inverter in 2013 and it has failed again. I have the old M190 inverter. I work in the electrical field and know something about solar systems.The inverters are a plug and play. For people that have given enphase five stars they must not have had a problem recently. A couple of years ago I would have give them five stars also.

This is my review and after talking to Charlotte Harris I would have changed it from one star to four stars.The only reason that I would not give them five stars is because of the difficulty in communicating with Enphase. Charlotte had helped me solve my inverter issue back in Nov. 2016. I was looking for a way to change the stars on my review. but I do not see one, so I I was left with adding a comment.<br /><br />02/242017 Cypress
