Blue Raven has been very communicative and honest to deal with. Their install crew was great; quick, very professional, clean and all around nice friendly guys. I even had an issue where I told the salesman I wanted my outlet in a specific place in my house. The electrician did not receive the memo and installed it in the wrong place. I notified BR of the discrepancy and even though I had signed the plans "ok"ing the outlet install exactly where the electrician did it, BR still took me at my word that the salesman and I had discussed something different, and had the electrician come back out and move the outlet. That's true customer service right there and makes a very happy consumer. I feel I received an excellent solar system at a fair price. The paperwork was painless and easy, everything being accomplished online. Mosaic, as a lender, is very quick and responds to customer inquiries as they should. All around very pleased. I was very skeptical at first because initially, I signed a contract with BR back in November '15, and their sales team and lender completely dropped the ball on my install. I decided to give them a second chance in May of '16, after learning that they fired most of their Davis County team and replaced them, and also switched to a different lender. I'm very happy to see a company respond to a poor situation and bounce back positively. I would recommend them for sure if you are considering installing Solar and you live in northern Utah.
