My Project Manager, Mark Anderson, was excellent to work with from start to finish. He answered all my questions patiently and with easy to understand explanations. Never felt any pressure to purchase and it took me 4 mos. to decide. The Installation crew were also great. Kept the area cleaned up too. The Electrician provided great comprehensive answers to my questions. Appreciated all the care that was taken to provide and great looking system. Cynthia
