We talked with two solar companies prior to deciding who to go with. We like Artisan far and away better. We felt they were very honest about everything and their salesperson was not at all pushy. They took a lot of time to help us decide what size system would be best for us and how to configure it. When it came time for the install, the workers were fast and super courteous. They did a great job. Artisan made sure to get us temporarily connected to the grid quickly even when it took Seattle City Light awhile to get out and approve everything. They met with us individually after to make sure we understood how everything worked and connected with us a the 1 year mark to make sure we didn't have any concerns. Such a great company to work with.
