Extremely poor (non-existent!) customer support

Their software is lousy. There is no way for an customer to call and get help with their poorly-designed monitoring software!<br />They actively refuse to help homeowners, and seem to think that they can take our money for their product and not be responsible for how well it works or doesn't work!<br />If I had known this was the kind of 'support' we'd get, I would never have purchased a system using their equipment!<br />Also, they don't understand the difference between sending a blast email to over 300 people using 'TO' vs 'BCC'!!!
