Completely unresponsive to customers

These people apparently sell their monitoring systems to contractors, and then will not give technical support or service the monitoring systems once the contractors are finished. If you go on their website there is absolutely no way to contact them except for an e-mail address and the only response you will get is "go see your installer". Well, like many I have found that my installer is no longer in business. Enphase Energy just told me to find another installer to help me. They won't
