Review for Enphase Energy

They Appear to Have Disappeared?

My array is composed of 16 Canadian Solar panels and 8 D-380 Enphase micro-inverters. The D-380 is a single package of two D-190 inverters.

Over my 5 years of system ownership, I've had a total of 7 inverter failures.

When I now try to contact Enphase, they will not allow me to talk to anyone at their company. My email was replied to by a common email message to 380 customers, saying that Enphase will NO LONGER communicate with their customers. Customers must go through the installer. Many people are complaining that their installers have gone out of business or that they themselves installed their own system.

I'm starting to think that there is something amiss at Enphase? Their stock has plummeted towards being a penny stock.
