The sales guys (all 5-6 of them that showed up at my house randomly) were ALL very nice. Once I decided to buy and signed the paperwork, things went downhill. The installation process took months but finally got completed. My solar monitoring has NEVER worked, and after 5 months, my solar quit working as well. Of course I didn't know this until I received a large power bill from the city because I've never been able to monitor it and the only people that care at Alta Sol don't have the power to fix anything. It has been over a week since they came and looked at my system and discovered that it hadn't worked for a month and a half, now they won't respond at all. I have given them AMPLE time to fix this but they don't care. They got my money and now they are through with me. I would STRONGLY suggest choosing another company of your considering solar.
