From the first meeting with our energy consultant, Mitch, to the installation, the process was exceptional. There were little hiccups, but they did everything right in fixing them. A few things about them that my wife and I learned: Legend Solar has the most efficient SunPower panels with the industry's only 25 year warranty. The other 8 companies we met with told us their panels had a 25 year warranty, but once we read the warranties of the other manufacturers like Suniva, Solarworld, Mitsubishi, Hyundai and LG we saw that every single one of those warranties only covers the owner for 10 years on the product and they do NOT cover labor. Mitch was very transparent and patient with us in explaining every detail. On top of that, Legend Solar is the only company around that will back up their system with a production guarantee and actually pay you if the panels don't produce the energy that you were sold. They will also come out and clean your panels twice a year at no cost. They are by far the most professional solar company around. We have referred many of our neighbors, friends and family to Legend and they have all made the switch to solar as well! It's awesome to watch the power bills drop and the kWh's go up! I highly recommend working with Legend.
