I would HIGHLY recommend Bay State Solar solutions. They are a RARE group of individuals that are there to HELP if there is any issue at all. Customer service is their main event. They are GREAT to do business with. Karen Esposito and Mike visited me a couple of times and Karen went out of her way to stop in and talk to me. Things she could have done in the mail, she instead came to my house to help me with. They explained the numbers to me and gave me all the information I needed. As an engineer I needed to "check" and do my own research. Sorry but I don't trust anyone. I didn't trust Karen or Mike either - UNTIL - I did my own homework and found them to be ON TARGET. They KNOW what they are talking about. Also, they don't heap on a lot of hype, they just tell the REAL DEAL. If you want to know how it all work, WHO you GONNA CALL - Call Karen.
