CUstomer service was excellent. The purchase process was excellent. The install process was pretty smooth and easy. In fact we weren't even home when they installed the panels. It took a few months to get the paperwork from Delmarva and Sungevity before we could switch on the solar power.. I had no issues with billing, the customer service, the cost, the experience and the process. I installed on Jan 2015. Its been a year plus now, and so far so good.
