The one star is not on the install or the product. The one star is for v poor customer service and lack of follow through... The solar panels that solar city installed cause avalanches off our roof... Continuously causing damage to our fence and posing a risk to both our pets and children. I have brought this up a number of times with the company... And have heard everything from avalanches are always a risk with snow to we have engineers looking at your issue... But no progress. There are actual companies that I have spoken with that have dealt with solar city on many occasions to allow their customers to mitigate this issue.... I cannot make changes to the solar panels without the OK of solar city... Yet solar city will not engage.. V frustrated
