My wife and I had our system installed in early March. After a few minor delays, mostly due to my power company shuffling their feet on getting us our new meter, our system went live for good on March 17th.<br /><br />I have to say this process was far more pleasant than I had expected. Throughout the process, Ellsworth, the Superior Solar rep we worked with, was incredibly helpful, and unlike a few of the other companies we looked at, he did a very good job of explaining not only what the products did, but why one might be superior to another in a given situation. The service made my wife and I feel like we were in good hands.<br /><br />The total installation lasted for a noisy two days. The workers were polite and respectful, and if they were annoyed or put-off by my constant questions, they never let it on.<br /><br />I'd definitely recommend Superior Solar systems to my friends, and in fact, already have.
