I reviewed proposals from several installers before choosing to go with Direct Energy Solar. I was pleased with the sales process and the consultative approach relative to a few of the other companies I spoke with.<br /><br />Once I moved forward, the Project Manager kept me up to date on the project installation. The permit process took longer than anticipated (apparently Baltimore City is slower than most counties), but I was routinely updated on the status.<br /><br />The installation went great (loved the install team) and I've started to see a big reduction in my BGE bill.<br /><br />Overall, happy with the process and would recommend Direct Energy.
