This company is the most disorganized franchise I've ever seen. From beginning to end its been a pain in the ass. The only thing great was the Salesman who was very patient and kind. The system crashed several times in my presence when trying to get set up. Lost information. Had to repeat myself several times to get things done. It was the WORST ever!
