When we signed up and agreed to get the solar panels placed, they told us someone would contact us and come and do the energy efficiency evaluation. We waited, no contact, called the office were informed once again someone would call us but no one ever did. Then we get a letter in the mail 3 months later saying we failed to contact them for the energy efficiency evaluation. Anyway, last month my meter displays an error code. I call and they tell me someone will come and check it out! Called back, same response and I am still waiting and because the meter is not working, I got no credit from my energy company for last month and most likely won't until/ if ever, they send someone out to check my meter. Very disappointed in the follow up services of this company. At this point, I am unlikely to ever refer anyone to posigen
